Reviews of Rite Aid
"Right after the visited the doctor, Rite Aid texted me telling me that my prescription was ready for pickup! This was my first experience picking up a prescription for myself and I was extremely pleased with the speed and efficiency of the process. Rite Aid made it easy!"
"I have come here three times in a row and still couldn't get my prescription medication. My primary care physician is certain that he has sent it through the system, so I cannot understand why the same problem keeps happening at this pharmacy. Please do not waste your time coming to this pharmacy. The staff's attitude is very terrible and rude. I will definitely not visit any Rite Aid again. Close down and stop wasting everyone's time."
"My family and I came into this location today a little before 1:40 P.M. We came to purchase some items since we had such a welcoming feeling when we purchased from the location near the Parkwest Bicycle Casino in Bell Gardens, CA where we stayed the previous week. Upon entering, my youngest instantly turned around to return back outside because of the strong stench. My hubby checked on her then came back in to purchase. My oldest daughter and I continued on to look at lotion. Then you had a white or hispanic guy at the front counter who started instantly watching us. Then he walks from behind the counter to act as if he was continuing on to do work, but yet wast still watching and ironically everywhere we were. Then to make matters even worse, a black guy comes through the area where we were to act as if he was going to purchase a energizer drink. All at the same time looking our way. It was very humorous to me, but also sad. So we continued to walk around because I wanted a cold soda, plus so they could continue to follow. Being that we are from Texas and here for a viewing/blessing service for my brother in law and to come into this location only to deal with foolery is what made it sad. What made it humorous was them being so obvious. I knew exactly what they were trying to accomplish because I worked at Target and Walmart, our undercover team would do these tactics, but much more unnoticeable. All in all, I think it was unnecessary because we never once gave them a reason to do this or even given a chance if we were. So we exited the store and as we did, I pulled out my cash and cards to put them back together just to show them I had money to pay for whatever I wanted or needed. Needless to say, I wasn't spending a dime or even a penny of my money in this location being treated as we did for no reason at all. I really don't do reviews. But today was the day."
"Went here today and literally felt like hell inside. I asked an employee and they said "it's like this every summer". I can't believe a corporation like Rite Aid would let their employees and customers suffer like this. I'm tempted to go back with a thermometer and record a video of how hot it is inside. They're running temporary AC units to keep it within 90 plus degrees inside. I'm not even joking. I'm reporting this to OSHA, no employee should be forced to work like this. I hope upper management sees this review."
"The Pharmacist Sue and most of her co-workers will be extremely missed. Plus the workers in the front area. Always helpful. Unfortunately, I think this store is closing permanently >if so I’ll have to go to Target or CVS in Fullerton. Consistently worst experience with Walgreens. Mrs&MrSantos"
