"WENT TO THIS STORE ON 7/9/23 BOUGHT A. XXL SLURPEE..THE GUY CHARGED ME $4.99..I BUY SLURPEE EVERYDAY , MOSTLY MONTEBELLO, ELA , LONG BEACH AREA..EVERY WHERE ELSE THE PRICE IS UNDER $3 BUCKS.. I WENT TO MONTEBELLO TODAY AND I PAY $2.19...SAME SIZE , XXL."

"I came in for a late night pizza the guy behind the counter was on his phone the whole time as if I were bugging him asking for a pizza. Then after acting as if I were interupting a phone call he grabbed the pizza from the freezer no gloves not washing his hands nose sticking out from his mask then I told him by law he had to wash his hands and he kept on taking on the phone handling the pizza no hand washing Now had doubled his attitude as if i were the worst thing to happen. I. The last ten years I finaly 8 told him I did not want that pizza During a world wide health crisis. he would not wash his hands during a pandemic really?then he took that pizza and tossed it behind the counter and refused to make me one with clean hands I went to the 7-11 0n azusa and francesquito pizza was good made with clean hands no altitude very friendly service he got off the phone as soon as i walked in that 7-11gets 5 stars all the way the staff there knows how to treat a costumer. I DON'T GO TO THE 7/11 ON MAPLEGROVE AND VALINDA ANY MORE . That was not the only time I received sub standard service there. I also saw a pizza speical sign on another occasion and when I orered i was charged full price I pointed out the poster it was a Thursday thru Sunday deal and it was Thursday I pointed the dates and even though it was It was in the right time frame he would not give me the discount mumbling soUme thing I had no chance for understanding then saying it did not start yet You are much better off driving a mile and a half to AZUSZ and FRANSISQUITO"

"I have been a customer since Ray opened the store. Ray the owner raised here locally, went off to college and returned to this community and opened this store. Ray and his father David are good people. Nick is one of the most friendly 7-11 employees I have met. Any convenience store is a magnet for homeless, panhandlers and hang abouts. Often a target for shoplifting and robberies, this store is no exception, that said Ray and Nick make every attempt to get to know their customers and provide great customer service to their costomers. The biggest drawback to this location is LP is LASD jurisdiction but still has fewer problems then some."

"7 Eleven askrd my Son to leave because he was on a wheelchair and holding a small dog while Grandpa was inside buying slurpees . He knocked on the glass and told my son to get out of there. This is called Discrimination for being handicapped. I called and told the manager or worker there that this was not right what he had done to my Son . He told me sorry, sorry. But Sorry does not cut it. He discriminated my Son for being in a wheelchair. It made his business look bad.He only wants healthy people by his Store..."
