"Everytime I go there, I wait 20 - 30 minutes and I never understand why. There's usually 4 - 5 people in front of me and they take forever. They are ALWAYS RUDE, entitled, and lazy. They act like you interrupted their lunch break to give you medicine."

"I never got a call for my prescriptions being ready. I never got a call to let me know they received my insurance information. I waited weeks to hear anything, and I finally had to walk in. They did not seem busy, yet I did not receive a call. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and I got Yvonee. I hope that's her name. She explained the situation they were in and helped me get my prescriptions filled. I was planning on finding a new pharmacy, but because of Yvonne, I will be sticking with CVS. DO NOT GET RID OF HER, or my business will go with her. She's the reason for a 5-star review and the time it takes to actually review."

"Every time I try to shop I feel like the employees are waiting for me to try and run out the door, they all gather by the door until I get thru the cash register. I go there now only to use the ATM. I always thank them for the use of the machine and I always feel like I am being watched. I asked the pharmacist about the medicine I was taking and she just ignored me. I spent a lot of money in the back at the pharmacy register, I went down a isle instead of walking straight thru, and got escorted out to the parking lot."
