"If I could give them zero stars I would. place is a mess!! No customer service, no sense of urgency and just plain rude employees. This place needs a district or area manager to pay them a visit so they can see how this store lacks any customer service. I've seen 2 black employees look at me at the photo department and completely ignored me."

"The pharmacist was really rude. He kept cutting me off as I was trying to ask him a question, as if we were drug addicts. I knew what time my husband's prescription was supposed to be ready, it was after midnight, so as I was trying to ask him if he could start on them he was getting more and more rude. I tired to explain to him our situation that we are homeless and that we were trying to get on the road out of California. He told me he didn't care. It is truly sad that when you have to take pain meds that people treat you like you are a junkie. I wished someone would trade places with us and give us no pain and no meds to take I pray for that everyday. My husband is a cancer patient and I have degenerating bone and4 bulging disk. These pharmacist need to stop judging and just give what the doctor prescribed, they do not know what a person's condition is. By the way it is 9/2/23 12:30am and this is the walgreens on Willow and Pacific."
