"I cannot ever say enough positive things about Auburn Blooms Garden & Gifts! We had such a rough start to our day. We were on a family trip and it was my niece's 13th birthday. She woke up in the night with horrible abdominal pain. Her dad rushed her to the Auburn ER and it turned out she had appendicitis and would have to have surgery on her birthday. It spoiled all of our plans and most of us had to just go home. I called Auburn Blooms and wanted to buy two balloons to send to the hospital: a Happy Birthday balloon and a Get Well Soon balloon. I told them what I was looking for and why and they were so kind! They gave us a discount, threw in a couple of free things, and we're just very understanding and sweet. The balloons got to my niece's hospital room and really brightened her day and made us all feel better because at least there was something pleasant on an otherwise disappointing day.
