"I called the store to check on my delivery because it was going to a business and I wanted to make sure it was going to arrive on time before my recipient left for the day. Kristen answered the phone and was so pleasant! She informed me that she called my recipient (without identifying herself or announcing what type of delivery it was) and asked her what time she was off work so that they could make sure it would arrive on time. Exceptional customer service! Thank you Kristen!"

"Employee called 15 minutes before order was due stating PGE turned off their equipment so they could not fulfill the order, then proceeded to try and tell me that I should’ve placed my order with more time for fulfillment. If you cannot fulfill orders timely maybe don’t allow for them to be scheduled; will not be ordering again. As a chef I am fully aware of what equipment is required to slice and arrange fruit (knife, cutting board, and dowels) and as long as the lights are on it shouldn’t have been an issue."

I have hosted so many parties, and every time, Edible Arrangements is something that I always consistently get compliments on and it’s just so elegant when brought to any event for any occasion on any table! Worth even more is the service that you get from Eddie and his team there, I’m so happy to work with them and they deliver which makes it even more convenient for me!"

"Unfortunately the folsom location has horrible customer sevice... our family normally loves edible arrangements, but each time we have gone here over the past year we have had an issue. I ordered a sick family member a fruit bouquet with "get well" balloons for them and when I was sent a picture of what they received, the balloons were not even fully inflated! We have also had to wait quite a long time when we do curbside pickup of orders. I hope management makes some changes soon!"
