The Flower Shop

"This shop is amazing. I ordered some flowers online to get sent to an athlete on my team who was at Shriners burn unit. The shop called (2× since I did not answer first) due to me selecting a seasonal arrangement that was not in season. Good thing they did call...through the convo I found out she couldn't have received the flowers in the burn unit anyways. The florist help find something that would work for the situation and did not charge any additional fees. Thank you!!"

"I ordered a birthday bouquet for my daughter with balloons. I spent $100 so I expected to get what was pictured. The picture on the left is what I ordered and the picture on the right is what was delivered. The flowers were entirely different and there are NO roses. The only thing the same were the orange lilies which look old. The flowers used look like filler flowers. NO ONE answers the phone when you call. There is NO hope of a refund at this point. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS STORE OR YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!!"

"Unsatisfied with service provided if possible I would give them 0 stars. Ordered @ 8am follow-up on order @ 9:30am to inquire the delivery time and the person who answered was very rude and only stated that delivery would be made any time before 5pm. Bouquet was not received until 8:29pm. And it was not what I ordered. I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE ANY POTENCIAL BUYERS TO PURCHASE ELSEWHERE!!"
