"Do not recommend this company. They over promise and they do not deliver. I paid expedite service, and flowers were not delivered. They refunded expedite fee and said flowers would be delivered before 5pm. After 5pm, and flowers were still not delivered."

"It was my first time using this company to deliver a bouquet of flowers to my mother for her birthday. I ordered the same day and paid extra to make sure the flowers got to her on that day. However they were delivered the following day and when I reached out to the customer service representative, they lied and pretended it was the same day. They proceeded to make amends by giving me a coupon code for $15 to use in two weeks! I was very disappointed with the service."

"I absolutely recommend coming here for flower deliveries! I could not be with my mother on her birthday and luckily these folks drop off and even created a bouquet for me. I wanted a simple purple bouquet to be delivered and that's all the instruction I gave. When I saw the flowers that were sent I was so impressed with what I paid for and what little instruction I gave I knew I had to recommend these folks. They went above and beyond in the quality of the flowers sent and the process was so simple and easy I know I will be using them again."

"While the flowers are beautiful and many to choose from, the customer service was unfriendly and not helpful. On 5/13/2023, I was looking for five bouquets, all the same look. I asked the girl to help me pick three different flowers and use the typical greens. Nothing fancy, just something simple. She looked around the shop and held her arms out a bit and said "We're kinda busy". Before I could close my mouth, she asked me what flowers I wanted. Again, I said I wasn't sure what three looked good together. We walked into the refrigeration area as I picked three flowers. She then proceeded to make the five bouquets. Another girl rang up the transaction and I used my debit card. This girl said the transaction didn't go through & they were having issues with their portable debit machine. I asked her would it be easier to use cash, she said yes, so I did. Approx. $70. She ask if I wanted a receipt, I said yes. After waiting for 10 minutes (they were busy due to Mother's Day) I asked again for my receipt and she said the transaction was awhile ago and couldn't pull the receipt. I would have to wait until they weren't busy to get a receipt. I didn't want to cause a scene, so I left. As it turns out my debit card purchase did go through & now I have doubled pay. I have talked with two different people at Flowers for You and they can't find the debit transaction, even with my bank proof. The owner is suppose to contact me to discuss further, but never has. I will NEVER buy flowers from this place again. UPDATE: It's been 3 months and the owner has not followed up or ever called me. An employee I talked to said they couldn't find the transaction. I told her I have my bank debit transaction for proof...she didn't care. I think my cash transaction was never rung up."
