"Excellent fruit & delivery!! I got an arrangement for my gma’s bday and she loved it!"

"Purchased a valentines day board that looked amazing online. The way it was presented on the website made it look elegant and I thought it would be the perfect gift to illustrate how much I care. Instead, it arrived in plastic containers that looked like it could had been purchased at the local grocery store. I could have bought 6 dozen chocolate covered strawberries from Costco and had them delivered through insta cart for half the cost! The whole point of the grand gesture was the presentation. This was lost on the person who answered my call who stated they ran out of the boards and the next option was to put it in plastic containers. He even went so far as to state that the boards were cheap insinuating that they were an insignificant cost to the overall product. I asked to speak with a manager, but coincidentally they were unavailable and I would have to call back tomorrow. This was the first and most likely the last time I will order an edible arrangement. Clearly it is a scam for people to purchase overpriced chocolate covered fruit."

"Mother tried to send me an arrangement for my birthday. Delivery person and subsequent employee who my mother spoke with was named Jason. Although someone was home at the time of delivery, they claimed that no one was home at the time. The only remaining options were that would "redeliver" for $19.99, or that it must be picked up. Cameras at my home show that no one attempted to make a delivery during the time frame they claimed to make a delivery. Subsequently following up, Jason claimed we lived in a gated community (we do not). Everything indicates that there was no delivery attempt, and they are lying about the circumstances surrounding it. This clearly establishes that this store is not beyond lying to both their overseeing corporation (marked the item as delivered) and customers."

"My order did not match online picture. When the order was delivered to my daughter's school, I noticed it looked much smaller compare to my previous orders. I called right away and they stated the tin from online picture was not available but more fruit was added. The tin my arrangement came with was a small tin ( Most likely from their small arrangements. The balloons were all the same ( picture showed 3 different birthday balloons ). The covered Strawberry's were super small. I spend over $130 + super disappointment. I wish they made a call to let me know what they didn't have and allowed me to make changes to my order or other options."

"Had the best experience the eve of Father's Day. After order was placed, I received a call to let me know to pick up my order by 4 pm due to store hours and they will bring it to my car. When I dialed in GPS for location I didn't realize I would arrive @ 4 pm without traffic. I called them and the kind lady must have heard panic in my voice. She said don't worry we will wait for you. I called Ms. Annie at 4:05 when I arrived and she met me at my car. She was the most pleasant and friendly person and took the time to ask me if I would like a sample of anything (who does that after they close) I kindly declined. It is rare to get superior service in the majority of businesses today and I was very thankful for her. Thank you Annie you proved there are great people still working who are passionate in customer service. You deserve 10 stars! BTW my husband ate his beautiful, tasty arrangement in one sitting, it must have been delicious!"
