"I am a customer who always spends a lot of money in this store but today I was disappointed because I got some things online to pick up, when I reviewed my order I saw that I was missing 2 products but on my credit card they always charged me for everything when I asked the Very kind cashier lady, she called her day shift manager, The manager treated me so badly that she criticized me and did not want to return my money or the product that I had bought. It was so disappointing. This lady, being a manager, yelled at me in such an ugly,i took a video of how she treated me and took a photo. Here is this uneducated lady with such a rude attitude.I was in store waiting for my boyfriend. to help me because I was so scared of the way she treated me, we asked all the employees by name and they looked scared as if she treated them the same way I do as a client and having my right, she treated me this way. So she didn't want to come out and show her face or apologize, until we begged the person helping her to give us her name and her name is Priscila Leu. of Asian origin. How is it possible that Wallgreens, being one of the largest companies in the United States, has these types of people who have no education in customer service? nothing professional, I don’t recommend this Walgreens location."

"Came all the way here to get some meds for my sick kid and they're conveniently closed while the employees sit in their cars doing nothing. Great job Walgreens. Way to be there when you're needed. You've just lost a customer. If you're going to change your hours from 24 hours a day, you should update your hours on Google. No worries, I did it for you."

"Pharmacy is busy... too busy. do not want to be helpful at all. What is up with pharmacy service these days? I have the cancer patient in the car and I try to fill the prescription and they’re giving me a hard time about it they tell me that it they can approve it and less I get someone in the insurance company to call and approve the prescription. So I’m sitting in the car trying to call Workmen’s Comp. for the city of San Francisco to get approval for the prescription and they called to talk to the cancer patient who is hanging out in the car because he can’t walk anymore and so they are now filling it which means they could’ve done it they just wanted to give me a hard time. So if you have cancer and can’t move you sure don’t want to use this pharmacy because they will give whoever you send in a hard time .... luckily our patient was still in the car as we were coming straight from chemo therapy... still in line (I made me go to back of line after sending me away to call insurance companies for approval). Obviously that was a lie. How many times is that line used as a lie? I am tired of people being at the mercy of jerks when we are dealing with life and death suffering situations. Amazing."
