The husband and wife duo have a heart of gold and helped me find what I needed for our Girl Scout Bridging ceremony. "Fantastic experience - A+++ customer service! I called last minute (after 1 p.m.) from out-of-state to try and get a birthday arrangement made and delivered to my sister-in-law on the same day. I was truly worried that I had procrastinated too long and was going to be totally out of luck. Nope! Julie was so accomodating and friendly, she got all the details just right, and she was just so chill about it. She had it made and delivered less than 2 hours after I called. Julie even texted me a picture so that I could see the arrangement she had made, and it was just gorgeous! I will ALWAYS patronize Precious Petals for my flower needs in San Diego going forward! "I've used this flower shop many times in the past 6 years with no complaint. I got some flowers for my wife for the first time in a while this week. $111 after deluxe upgrade and delivery for this tiny batch of flowers. I did mention in the notes that her desk isn't that large, but that also the stock photo looked like it would easily fit. My wife brought them home today and I was completely embarrassed by my purchase. I tried to call this afternoon during business hours but no answer. Needless to say I will not be back."
