"Kate and her team are the best. I called from out of state to inquire about a succulent arrangement to send to an elderly woman for the loss of her husband. She sent me pictures of some gorgeous options and then actual pictures of the arrangement on my friend's patio. And guess what the actual arrangement was as amazing as the marketing photos!! To top it off she followed through on my request/concern that the recipient may not be able to move such an arrangement by having her assistant carrying it to the back patio.
