"I Give ZERO stars but have to leave one in order to post . I ordered and paid for the biggest and most beautiful Christmas Tree for my mom who has cancer to help lift her spirits during the holiday. I almost cried when she sent me the picture and am appalled that a florist would deliver something that looks like this. This is a picture of what I ordered and what was delivered just an hour ago. Unfortunately this is not a reflection of 1-800 flowers as they are going to have it redone and sent by another florist. Unfortunately the local florist just happened to be 1-800 flowers Encinitas who created the Floral Tree and delivered."
