"I ordered a fruit platter for my son on his birthday. Diane was the delivery person and I was very satisfied with her customer service. Diane kept me on the loop as to timeline of the delivery to the actual delivery! If I ever order again, I would ask for Diane specifically to be the delivery person!"

"This location was outstanding, which made my sister's birthday amazing!! She was surprised to receive her arrangement and flowers, I love seeing my sister Joy. I truly appreciate the driver for having patience by waiting for my sister to arrive home. This is the second time I have ordered from Edible arrangements, and i have been very pleased both times. I live in the state of AZ. I just love how I can order online and have it delivered in CA. Thank you, thank you for a great service. My sister's glow was priceless and satisfied."

"Rating should be zero stars but not an option. My wife ordered a chocolate covered fruit basket with balloons for my sister-in-law TWO days before my sister-in-law's birthday. The day of delivery, it was after 5pm and still no delivery. My wife called and spoke to the manager and told the manager not to deliver if it was going to be after 6pm. Since the manager could not confirm the time of delivery stating it could be after 8pm, my wife asked if the arrangement could be delivered the following day. The manager confirmed that it wouldn't be a problem for next day delivery. The next day came and again, the same thing happened- NO Delivery at almost 6pm and the manager was aware that my wife told her no deliveries after 6pm. When my wife called, the manager was not available to talk. Very bad customer service, delivery service not acceptable even when orders are placed days in advance. Do not use this location."

"USE ANOTHER LOCATION I just received my delivery from this store 20 minutes ago and it is horrible. Grapes are mushy and they smell! Strawberries are small and not ripe (most are still green), and the flowers I got loon like it's mainly weed with a few "good" flowers! But I cannot stress enough how disappointing this arrangement is. I often use the Edible Arrangement in Arcadia and West Covina and I have never had any problems with the fruit. So DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. I need to now figure out how to get a refund."
