"I wanted some baby roses in a vase. I was told they could not put them in a vase because they were busy making vase arrangements for mother's day. I thought this was weird for a flower shop. I then asked if they could mix colors of roses in a wrapped bundle. The price more than doubled to do this so I opted for the single color. I then asked if I could buy a vase to simply put the flowers in myself. They agreed and I made the purchase but they refused to cut the stems to make them fit the vase. I will never go back."

"Best place locally to get your cemetary flowers. Service is hit and miss, last visit was really bad as the girl gave us the wrong change and we waited 10 minutes for her to get the register open. She short changed us in the beginning. The most recent visit was better - we paid via card. Selection is good, and items were fresh. Prices are in-line. Neigherhood is typical San Bernardino, which is not good, so get in and get out, quickly."

They have amazing specials all the time and great prices anyway. They are great if you need to have flowers sent anywhere in the country and I have never been disappointed with anything they have done for me. I can't recommend them enough."

"I ordered flowers for my mother via Teleflora online service and what she got was nothing close to what I ordered. I even paid extra to get the premium arrangement and it looks like they just threw flowers and green plants or whatever that is into a vase. Also, I paid $10 for a small box of chocolates and the gave her a $3 dollar bag of Turtles. I will never do business with either of these companies. RIP OFF!!!"
