"Poor quality wood at ridiculous prices. If you really want "decorative wood" that bad just take a trip outside and grab a few stray branches from a nearby tree; at the least the quality will be better and the price far less steep. They were also very rude when I asked about a piece that was sent broken. They said it wasn't their fault and that I needed to take it up with FedEx. The box was fine and intact. It was the product "wrapped" in packing paper that was the issue. Poor customer service and poor products."

"I ordered curly willow from them - DO NOT!! The length was supposed to be 3-4 feet and sold by weight. If you want to pay for broken, short branches then this is your place to buy. I do NOT recommend buying from them."

And the branches are discounted, so it's a win win. One branch looked a little old, and I believe that's why they gave me an additional branch. Overall I am glad I took the chance on them!"
