"Orders flowers for Mother’s Day that were never delivered. The store apologized and said they would deliver the following day with an added balloon for the inconvenience. Now 2 days after Mother’s Day and still nothing. No flowers, no balloon, no call, but they did process the payment!"

"I've been to Botanica in Corona twice. The first time I made a purchase wasn't bad, but on my second purchase everything was great until the quality of the flowers. The service and delivery was very good and speedy, but flowers started dying on the second day of receiving them. Although I should have called them and complained, I simply was too embarrassed not only at the dentist office in which they were delivered, but for the florist as well! I normally speak my mind big time, however...I guess I just flat out felt bad for the shop in general. Won't return there and I'm sorry for that!"
