I order the birthday arrangement (40$) and I got the worse ones (NOTHING TO THE PICTURE) I called to ask for a refund or exchange and immediately the manger was yelling over the phone, that I’m wrong and to take it up with DoorDash, I wasn’t even mad to the point where she hung up on me. I was crying afterwards cause it’s my moms birthday and it was last few bucks I had. Terrible rude service ever and not even nice flowers, I could literally go the grocery store and get a nice set for 25$."

"I ordered flowers for my mother's 70th birthday. I live abroad and therefore had to place the order online. The florist delivered flowers that were tired, aged and wilting the very day they arrived. I spent around $100 on the delivery and ended up with something worse than having sent nothing. The flowers were delivered to my mother's workplace, and it was truly embarrassing. I will never order from this florist again, bitterly disappointed."
