"Horrible! Totally wasted my time! I had let the man on the phone know this was for a time sensitive order for a graduation that day and that I was looking for black roses. He promised he could make them and would make the order as soon as I came to the shop. When I got there he had one half empty can and couldn't make the spray work. Not only could he not do his job, he lead me on and wasted my time."
