"Everbloom was the florist for our wedding, the florals were absolutely stunning and above and beyond everything we had envisioned for our special day! Between all the gorgeous flower arrangements and candles, we were blown away and could not have been happier with it all. We are so thankful for all of the thought and detail that Erice put into the floral design, she is so gifted and puts so much heart into her craft, we had so many guests complimenting the flowers and asking who our florist was. Erice was very professional, she followed through on our vision perfectly, everything was so spot-on, we could not be more thankful!"

"Unfortunately my experience with Everbloom was one that ended with me having to fire Erice 1 month before my wedding. Working with Everbloom left me feeling so stressed and consumed with anxiety until I found a new florist to move forward with. It was about 3 months before my wedding, things started to slip at quick pace. We had a mock up with Erice to see what our flowers were going to look like before the actual wedding. She gives you a design deck with your flower wish list so you can have an idea of what the flowers would like based on your floral budget. Not only did she show up late, but the flowers looked nothing like design deck, were wilted and brown and come to find out later, they were flowers that she was using in a wedding she was a part of a few days later. It felt like she put in minimal effort into our mock up and just threw flowers in a vase and called it a day. It mostly consisted of carnations and had none of the beautiful roses she had in the design deck. I could have made the arrangement with flowers from trader joes for thousands of dollars cheaper at that point. After that happened, I had emailed Erice twice over a 3 week period and didn't get a response back. Then followed up with a text, heard nothing... I finally heard back after my wedding planner sent her an email and then all of the sudden she got into contact with me and said she forgot to respond to my text. Wasn't something I wanted to hear after trying to get in touch with her for 3 weeks with my wedding being 2 months away and having no idea what our flowers were going to look like. Finally we decided we would do another mock up that I was paying her an additional $200 for (which is fine, she should be compensated for her time). At this point, my wedding is 1 month away and 3 hours before the meeting, she sent a text saying, "Did we have a meeting today? I feel like it's today, but I have a different date written down." There were no apologies, no eagerness to make it right, just very unprofessional. I was dumbfounded by how Erice handled that situation. She left us hanging with nothing and was super unorganized and unprepared for the THOUSANDS of dollars we were paying her for to be our wedding florist. She pretty much forgot to order flowers for our meeting. After that, we decided to let her go because we had zero trust she was going to be able to give us what we were paying for when it came down to wedding day. I knew working with her was going to leave me feeling stressed and disappointed. The fact she was cancelling meetings hours prior taking no responsibility for her mistakes, presenting us with an arrangement that looked completely different, messy and chaotic than what we were expecting and the fact we went weeks trying to get in touch with her and heard nothing back. It was a super stressful experience and when we went to ask for a PARTIAL refund, she refused saying she had invested too much of her time into this wedding. All we had were 2 in person meetings over 13 months and a few email exchanges... Definitely not worth what she was paid and what we received. I absolutely would NOT recommend Everbloom to any of my friends or family or Brides who are looking for a reliable florist."
