"Fairytale Flowers Inc/ Botanical Collective or something the owners name is Sara Fabrizio. Hi I just want to warn other senior parents with graduation season right around the corner. I ordered lei's for my daughter's senior night for $200 and this is was what I received. Not only was this not what i ordered, I could not use these as they had blue splatter dye on them and would have gotten all over their basketball uniforms. Every year the seniors receive roses but since it was my daughter's senior year, I wanted to do something special and surprise them with these leis. I was super bummed when this is what I received. Since I couldn't use these and only had 1 hour until the event, I had to buy flower bouquets from Ralph's so that the girls would have flowers. I did confirm the order, I have record of our whole conversation and agreement. She has ignored all my calls and texts and I left voice-mails since the delivery."

We have tried contacting them for three months by phone, email and text. Totally ignoring us. Another vendor said she didn’t pay her either but she was lucky and got some of her merchandise back.
