"I would give this place zero stars if I could. I spent $365.00 for dead flowers. My mom recently passed and I went here. The casket spray was so wrong. It was to have 1 dozen roses in it, and when I was at the viewing for my mom, my granddaughter asked, why the flowers looked like that. I then looked them over and noticed there were no roses. I called them to tell them and I got poor customer service from the girl that answered. Denise then called me and told me to send pictures which I did. Denise then tells me there were roses in the spray. So I guess the mortuary took them because she said again over and over she put roses in them. These people are liars and incentives to your feelings. Horrible place. Look at the pictures, and see if you can see roses."

"I ordered a bouquet using this firm's on line site. I called the next day to check if my order was processed and the flowers timely delivered. Without any apology, I was told that the website was not functioning properly and that they had no record of my order. When I asked if my credit card was billed for the transaction, I was told to call my credit card company to check. The woman with whom I spoke offered no apology for the error and made no effort to make things right. When I expressed my dissatisfaction for her response, she told me to call another florist. She then hung up on me. This florist simply does not respect its customers."
