"This place is by far the worst BEWARE especially the manager. The order that was placed to be delivered to my grandmas house for mothers day never arrived. The manager was very rude and did not handle this situation right. Very unacceptable excuse. When I called she was extremely rude and said that they won't deliver this order anymore and if I wanted it to be delivered I had to pay again for the service otherwise to go pick up my order myself. Stay away from this place!"

"I placed an order for a corsage a week in advance, and when I came to pick it up, it was nothing like the catalog picture I picked. The flowers looked frozen, the ribbon was smashed since it wasn't stored correctly, and the only attempt made to fix it was plucking out some of the rose petals. I wouldn't recommend this place for a special event. I had to take the corsage because I knew that I wouldn't get another one the same day. I wouldn't recommend ordering in advance from this place."

"I bought a flower arrangement of 24 roses $ 175.00 that was in the refrigerator, it was for my 25th wedding anniversary. I bought it on the 21st, my anniversary was the 22nd and due to the bad smell and bad appearance of the arrangement I threw it on the 23rd, before throwing it in I contacted the florist and they told me that the refrigerator arrangements are not guaranteed because I chose it. They ridiculously offered me 20% discount on my next purchase. Yes probably in my 50th anniversary"
