"Please save your money and buy/order flowers somewhere else! The coworkers kindly and thoughtful sent a sympathy bouquet to our home. The flowers were left at the back of the property instead of leaving them at the front door and ringing the front door bell. The person who delivered the flowers didn't walk a few more steps to come to the front door. We are always home since the job is remote. We don't know when the flowers were delivered and what was the condition of the flowers when they arrived. We found them all death one evening. I called conroys flowers in covina ca, and the person who answered the phone didn't care at all. All that person kept saying was literally "aha, aha" and that the manager was going to be notified. Conveniently the manager wasn't there or available when I called Of course, I never heard from the manager! I also noticed that the owner/manager only responds to 5 stars reviews!"

And even though it was the same day, they were also able to deliver the Bouquet on time before my coworker and her baby left! Great service, quick to respond and easy communication! Definitely recommend!"

"I ordered expensive flowers for my mother on Mother's Day. She never received them. They didn't take any responsibility, and didn't even do anything about it. The manager will not get on the phone and you can hear him telling them to say that he is not here. Also they advertise as 1800flowers but I contacted them to report this site as fraud and they told me that they are not even associated with them. I made a mistake of looking at the reviews on Yelp after I had ordered. Warning! Do not use this website!"
