"I ordered a sympathy arrangement for a family friend who lost his sister days before Christmas. I found this business via a Google search and searched their sympathy arrangement section. The photo on the left is what is advertised. The photo on the right is what was delivered to a greiving family. "Merry Christmas y'all" really?!? Needless to say when I received the picture from my friend who lost his loved one, I could not have been more embarrassed. Not only was the picture on the right on their website, but I also filled out a heartfelt note that they printed and attached to the arrangement. I emailed the business twice and tried calling a total of 10 times over the last 9 days with no response and no answer when calling. I hope with all my being that they have gone out of business. I am onlyarking one star because I have to in order to post this review. Buyer beware if you should use this flower shop. Did I mention it was $100 for this? Seriously so upset and embarrassed. I beg all who read....take your business elsewhere. An arrangement from Walmart would have been more heartfelt!!!"
