"If I could give zero stars, I would! The mother’s Day flowers were not delivered. I contacted teleflora to cancel the order and refund my account since the slowest were not delivered in time. Two days later the flowers arrive and they were NOTHING like what was ordered. In response to the owner: we were at the house all day on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. We have video cameras on the exterior of the house showing you arrived on Tuesday at 4:25pm. You never made any attempts prior to that time. Also, when the order was cancelled Tuesday morning at 11:30, you then delivered the flowers that evening. You even lied to teleflora saying you delivered them on Monday. Luckily for us, we showed proof of the horrible arrangement as well as the surveillance video, with the time stamp, and we were awarded a full refund. Be more professional!!"
