"I work at a mortuary that was serving a family for their funeral at the parish next door when we needed to fix an arrangement. We saw May Flowers and walked in to buy ribbon, but Robert kindly insisted we bring the arrangement so he could take care of it. We were so relieved! We walked it over and his team got on it immediately, fixing and reinforcing the arrangement better than it was before!! He also did this free of charge and saved the family's beauty piece for their funeral. My team and I were so thankful for Robert's generosity and quick thinking, we don't know what we would've done without his help. Customer service is a big issue for me because it just doesn’t seem to exist anymore but this young man was extremely respectful, helpful and did all he could without upselling me and made sure the arrangement came out extremely pretty , leaving me impressed for the price that I paid. He even went above expectations by closing my car door for me after probably seeing me struggling due to being pregnant. I will definitely return in the future."
