"Sadly my $150.00 +$15.00 tax +$10.00 "delivery " fee and an extra $10.00 I zelled for a stash never made it to my grandmother's funeral. I had the people from rose hills running around looking eveywhere for the flowers I ordered.. never to be found.. very disappointed"

"The website is so easy to navigate and put an order in. I'm from Oregon and I put in a order for 2 family members of mine in Whittier, CA. Same day delivery and received an order confirmation to my email right away and received another email once they were dropped off. 10/10 recommend this floral shop. Will be shopping from here again. "I'm not sure who helped me out, but I am completely floored by the quality of product and service I was given here (in a good way)!!!!! I had been looking around online but was super hesitant about the quick alternatives for florists after seeing a ton of them with poor reviews. My mom's birthday was in two days and I need something beautiful and true to it's photos. I quickly chose everything online and made my purchase, and I really was not expecting the beautiful arrangement that was portrayed on their website, but there it was in it's excellence! They even hand wrote the message I requested, which was exactly the warm touch I was looking for. My mom LOVED THEM!!! They delivered them a little later than I requested (like 2 hours, really not a big deal) but it's really no problem to me at all since she received such a great quality arrangement. Hands down I'm definitely coming back and using their services, anyone reading this please if you are debating on using them, look no further!! TRUST ME!!!!!"

"I asked for a picture of the arrangement before delivery and didn't receive one. I wasn't asking for much. Common courtesy. The flowers were droopy and I was disappointed on the arrangement. Just because someone passed on doesn't mean they deserve half way dead flowers, they should be ashamed for of themselves . I won't recommend this florist to no one,check yelp for a review."

The death of a loved one is difficult and trying to purchase the perfect arrangement while you are grieving makes it even more difficult.
