La Mirada Flowers 4 Less

"Not real happy, I stared buying from flowers 4 less a year ago, try to do business with local merchants. On the 6th of December I order a birthday rose arrangement and a few flowers were wilted, I let it go it happens. Yesterday I order the designer premium choice arrangement for our anniversary for $125.00 + charges $164.00. 1/4 of the flower were wilted looking ugly. Looks like designers choice is to depose of old flowers. Guess I need to find another florist, or stop delivery and pick them up so I can see what im buying. They need to make this right or there won't be a 3rd time.. Feel like disputing the charges."
