"The flowers are beautiful. I did call the florist to let her know I wasn't happy with the vase it came in (as it was different than the photo), and she ended up coming over and replacing the vase no questions asked. Awesome customer service from her. Would definitely shop with them again."

Manuela the owner went above and beyond to get this beautiful flower arrangement for a friends birthday delivered the same day with a VERY short notice. Her arrangements are a work of art! "Gorgeous, great communication on website and by email, I felt very comfortable about this flower delivery process. Recently had several issues with a different florist, and Bed of Roses premtively did everything to prevent any issues or mistakes. The arrangement actually looked better than I imagined from the example picture, and the delivery was SO fast! The flowers arrived just as the recipient was getting home from the hospital, it couldn't have gone better. The note being handwritten was an amazing unexpected touch as well! I'll be using Bed of Roses exclusively from now on"
