"I ordered flowers to be delivered for a family friends funeral. On the day of the viewing I received an email they were unable to deliver the flowers I tried calling no one answered. I should’ve read reviews 1st should I have known I wouldn’t have used them at all. Don’t use this company as they don’t care what’s important to you."

"Billed me twice for one order, and will not pick up their phone to make it right. I issued a chargeback through my credit card vendor, and they submitted "proof" that I ordered the product twice... somehow several hours apart, even though I clearly have an online receipt showing the order I submitted. Why on earth I would order the same thing twice, several hours apart? Absolutely horrible company, and if you use these folks, you've been warned. There are other reviews stating the same thing, I should have heeded those as well. Also, shame on Chase for not believing their customer, scumbag move on all accounts here."

"I arranged for flowers to be delivered and half way through the day when they weren’t I called and got no one on the phone. I waited and called later. I must have called 10 to 20 times and only ever got voicemail. The flowers were never delivered. If you want what you paid for, go somewhere else. DO NOT use this company if you want flowers delivered by a certain time."

"If I could give no stars, I would. I placed an order for my mother's birthday as a surprise. She was visiting family in town, and had a flight to catch the day after her birthday. I reached out when I realized it was getting late in the day and the flowers had yet to be received. Nobody answered the phone, and nobody got back to me after I left a voicemail. Needless to say, the flowers did not arrive until the afternoon of the following day. It was no longer my mother's birthday, nor was she there to receive her flowers. The lack of communication was very disappointing. Will definitely not be using this flower shop in the future. Customers purchase flowers for special dates, and if they are not going to be delivered on the day of, it defeats the purpose. Future customers beware that your orders may not be delivered on time, and you will receive no communication at all as to late delivery, much less an apology."
