"I have been a loyal customer of Lacey’s for years now. Her arrangements are gorgeous and her shop is stocked with cute and special gifts. One of the best things is the ability to order flowers based on price point and color scheme. Then Lacey and her crew arrange something better than I could ever pick out myself. She also did my wedding flowers and was super accommodating during this dang pandemic when my plans changed more than once. It’s always fun to stop by the shop to see what’s new without any pushy sales staff like many other boutiques. But she has so many great things, I rarely walk out empty handed."

I've contacted them for arrangements to be made and delivered same day and most times with only two hours notice before I need them in the hands of someone (I tend to procrastinate /:) but they come through. I've gone to many different flower shops in the past and this company clearly blows them all out of the water. As for all the people complaining about poor customer service?
