The appointments through the portal make everything such a breeze. Every time I have had an issue, she has made it a priority to solve it, and she constantly goes out of her way to send me all types of resources - very thankful for this! Additionally, she always works around my schedule if something comes up and makes sure we are able to meet in a timely manner, including bumping up appointments to earlier slots if needed.
