"I called and reserved a couple of colors of epidendrums I really wanted. I drove a few hours to get there and my new babies were all ready for me (plus I found another color that wanted to join my collection). The lovely gentleman walked around with me and shared a ton of knowledge and experience about all the plants I liked. What a charming experience! I love the variety of species and tons of colors. So beautiful. There are lots of seedlings so every orchid is unique! I highly recommend this place. I spoke with his wife the night before on the phone and she was absolutely great and set up my visit exactly as she said she would If I still lived in town I would be back there frequently. It's just an old school orchid place with a nice mom and pop feel. Very Santa Barbara. I'm so pleased I bought from them."

"I visited them the first time on Veteran's day while it's still in Covid-19 quarantine period. I had the luxury spend time with Jim and Lori, the owners for the whole time during my visit. They had suffered a lot from the covid-19 due to cancellation of many orchid shows. They had a wonderful orchid selection and great place to hanging around if you love orchids. I ended bought quite some species that I don't have. Will definitely go back, it's just a little over an hour's drive from Los Angeles. Their prices are great and I also bought long strain new zealand sphag moss. I really hope they can recover and thrive after the virus. Please support their business. PS, I saw there were a few negative reviews. if you visited the place, you will understand they are not like big brand store with lots of people handling customers. They are in the business to grow orchids. They do need a little help with lots of business go online with well classified categories. They are still little old fashioned. But trust me, you won't get better orchids at the price they are selling. Comparing with the seedling orchids I bought on Etsy, you can get blooming size orchid with less price there."

"I went today to visit this facility and had a great time shopping and meeting the owner. What an amazing place and a huge selection! To top it off I got lots of great advice and great deals on some orchids that are not easy to find. The owner has so much experience and knowledge to share and had a very diverse selection of plants. Many orchid greenhouses can be a little bit overwhelming but with the great customer service I got I felt very comfortable and will definitely come back!"
