"The room and surrounding was clear and very pretty. Yami (front desk) was warm, friendly, helpful and professional. There was another front desk clerk that was si unfriendly - never greeted. She was outright nasty after I said good morning. Thanks a million to Yami for your restaurant recommendations!!!!!!!"
"Plenty of parking, quiet and secure. Sheets were a bit stiff but I'm a stickler about that kind of thing. I slept well, regardless. The continental breakfast is a continental breakfast! It's fine. Plenty of Danish, fruit, juice, and coffee. The water dispenser was a plus as well. One thing that stood out to me was the professionalism of the staff. It was bordering, dare I say, warmth? Everyone I passed acknowledged me and greeted me with a, "Good morning" salutation. It may be a small thing but it matters, and I appreciate it. I look forward to staying here on future trips to Bakersfield and have no problem recommending."
"This was our first time staying here. My husband picked this hotel for us. We got 2 rooms for us since we had 5 people this time. The rooms were nice, just like the photos on their web page. The breakfast was ok. The 3 of us ate there but my kids prefer to go to starbucks. Overall we enjoyed our stay and my husband wants us to come back to this location for future road trips. I didn't get to take pictures of the rooms because everyone was tired. I only got a chance to take a picture of the pool area. If we come back, I will take photos of the room and add it to this post or a new post."
"My room was comfortable and the gym was absolutely the best I have had in a hotel. I had a great stay and he landscaping was also gorgeous in the courtyard. The front desk staff was polite and on top of it with every question I had."
"Best sleep I ever had at a hotel! Please was clean. Staff was friendly. It was our first hotel stay with a new baby and not one time did I feel grossed out or icky in the room. Everything worked, all surfaces felt and looked clean. No weird smells and I really appreciate not smelling any strong chemicals or air freashners. I'm very sensitive to those things and I didn't have an allergic reaction. Best hotel stay I've ever experienced. We stayed one night. The bed was fantastic. Room 133 ."
