"Dr. Kataria is a very personable doctor. He has a warm personality. He not only is interested in one's diagnosis but in their family as well. He is so popular that his wait times are rather long. But asides from that he is a great and wonderful doctor. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends."

"This is a long overdue review but I just had to. There was a time where I felt Dr.Kataria was an amazing Dr and listened to my feelings and how I felt. I never wanted to leave the practice because of the rapport that the Dr and I had. But leaving was the best thing for my mental health. The dr always would talk about things not relevant to the issues and side effects I had with meds. I went on with my life and finally got the true help I needed nonetheless finding out many of the meds he had me on were short term meds and not meant for long term. My current Dr is working out a plan with tapering, dr Kataria was a great Dr at one time but over the years it became that he cared less and his patient could tell. The dr also bills for time that isn’t even the correct time I even saw him. He would bill for longer than he ever saw me which went from 45 mins to 10 mins on FaceTime."

"I will never come back to this doctor and I don’t recommend him to anyone. He is the most insensitive person and also gets inpatient really quick and does not like to hear that the medicine he gave you makes you feel worst. In other words if you’re not making it easy for him he will just tell you to go to someone else for help. Not to mention his staff so unprofessional especially the older lady that answers phone with an attitude for everything. They don’t keep proper track of collecting co pays and they will charge you double if you don’t pay attention to your statements. They make sure they collect payment an hour before but the doctor will always call 2 to 3 hours after your appointment time and act like nothing. Not acceptable or respectful of peoples time. Overall do not come here and if you do you will notice right away all the negative reviews are true! Oh yea and also he forgets to call in your prescription and you need to be the one calling his office more then once to keep checking and they don’t like to be bothered either clearly cause they get snappy right away."

"Unprofessional. Unorganized. Runs every appointment late and says it’s normal. They do not take any time to invest in your profile. Waited 2 1/2 hours after appointment time for a face call… doctor says he listens and wants to understand our situation then told me to just pick my own medication cause he couldn’t be bothered to use his professional experience to make any recommendations. Doctor yawned out loud through entire 30 minute interview and offered nothing but impatience. This is not how you treat patients seeking help for trauma. I’ve notified my doctor not to recommend this disorganized tired out office."

"Had my first appointment scheduled for today at 12pm. I called the front desk to inform them that it had been ten minutes past and was curious when I would receive my FaceTime call. The receptionist let me know the doctor is running an hour and a half behind. I understand that things do happen but when I asked if this was normal she said yes that the doctor normally runs at least an hour behind. She also stated that just because my appointment is scheduled for a specific time does not ensure that my appointment would take place at that exact time. Mind you there is a $50 charge to the patient if they don’t show up to their appointment?! I’ll be considering other options with a more professional way of handling their appointments."
