"I love this flower shop. When we first walked in, didn't look like there was much to it, but there's more than meets the eye. We ended up buying 2 bouquets and some single flowers. The lady who helped us was amazing. I highly recommend this app."
"I've purchased several flower items. From arrangements to corsages to boutonniere's. They have always done a good job and they are reasonably priced."
"The owner and her grandaughter were very nice. Came in for mother's day flowers and they made me a custom arrangement within 30 minutes. And they only charge $10 for delivery in town. Highly recommended!"
"Vida is an amazing florist. She can create anything imaginable. Hearts, firetrucks, birds, anything you want she can make it. She will work with your budget as well. She also makes custom dresses and does beautiful alterations. Flowers are always fresh and last a long time."
"Absolutely 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND! My husband used Vida Flower & Gift Shop to send flowers for our Twenty Fifth Wedding Anniversary. He had never used this retailer before. He called and gave very specific instructions for what he wanted in the bouquet. Vida explained that she would not have any red roses available until the following day (delivery day - which was a confusing statement to make), but my husband said that was fine and would obviously work. She called him on the day of delivery because she did not write down his credit card correctly. She received it (again) and said, "Happy 21st anniversary". He stopped her, corrected her and had her check the card accompanying the bouquet. She said that she had written it incorrectly for Happy 21st and would change it. She called him wanting to know what room number I worked in, and said that she would call me to inquire. He expressed that he did not want that, because he wanted it to be a surprise and gave her instructions on what room in the building I was in. She said that she would be able to ask in such a way that I would not be tipped off. She did call. She did not identify herself and was so difficult to understand, that I asked her twice who was calling. I hung up thinking it was a crank call. The bouquet when she delivered it, was pretty. It did not have any red roses, instead they were very dark pink, and a mix of two other colors in the mixed bouquet requested by my husband. The following day when I came to work, a third of the bouquet was drooping and dead, and the water was cloudy and "old". I called her to express disappointment in the quality of the flowers, that the second day should NOT have dead flowers. She said she would deliver a "replacement" the following day. She called me later and asked if I wanted to pick them up after work? I said no, and she then asked if I wanted them wrapped in a box, or put in a vase? I thought I was receiving a replacement bouquet that was identical to the first but with fresh flowers, so was confused by the question and expressed my preference for a vase. She instead delivered a much smaller bouquet with red roses and lilies. My husband had told her that "my wife does not like lilies so please do not include them'! He was very upset that her customer service was so poor and that she missed the mark on so many details. He visited her shop to ask for a credit because we did not receive what he had ordered, and were very unhappy with her work and service. She offered many other flowers as recompense, but would not acknowledge that he was upset or provide any credit on the order. She also admitted that she didn't have the appropriate inventory at the time of his order, and had used flowers sitting in her shop. This was a very unhappy experience on a VERY significant day in our lives. The pictures attached are from day two, and you can see for yourself the difference between the two bouquets in the first photo. She charged us $149.68. Please don't trust your precious memories to this retailer."
