"No answer during business hours or call backs even... quite frustrated.."

"Do NOT go here. They are more concerned about keeping a very strict schedule than helping someone in need. Now do not get me wrong, I respect businesses where appointments start on time, I run my own personal training business; however, there are also sometimes circumstances outside of the clients control that can affect being timely, especially when their location isn't easy to find and google maps doesn't get you to the right place.... anyways I just think if someone is seeking help of their kind and other sensitive issues then turning them away and offering a new appointment a week out is poor edict. There is a reason why you can get an appointment with them faster than anywhere else and now I know why- I think I'll take my business somewhere they have more time to actually help me."

"I ended up going to the ER after the medication Brenda Tabone had prescribed for me. The Doctor at the ER told me to immediately stop taking that particular medication. What is even more alarming is that Brenda had no idea that her prescription should NOT be taken with my current medication. What’s scarier is that when I had pointed this out, Brenda ranted that this is what she does for a living, and opened the office door while there was patients outside waiting. All she had to do was just look on the internet and she would of corrected herself. Brenda lacks the manners and more importantly the knowledge to do her job. Honestly this is a dangerous place. I'm still recovering from the side effects but will be filing a formal complaint with the California Board of Nursing. Be careful here... it's not a safe place. Good luck!"

"This is a horrible business that never answers the phone!!! Especially during business hours they never call back,is very hard to make appt..and doctor shah pager is out of service!!! If you are ever worried about running out of your message do not come here..you will have to drive to office to make appt..and gain cuz they don't answer the phone!!!if you weren't crazy before you will be out of pure frustration!! Not worth your peace of mind..."
