Reviews
"Access Healing Counseling & Associates should think twice about responding to complaints with "nope, you're wrong.". You just accused someone of not being a real patient because they said "secretary" instead of "representative." What are you? a detective agency now???? Why not correct them? because you are a MENTAL HEALTH FACILITY. No one cares if its a secretary or giant inflatable tube dude at your front desk. Show that you are a compassionate place to turn to and NOT completely obfuscated by bureaucracy. Do you understand that the beurocracy is a big part of the mental stress? Change who ever is responding to these reviews!!!!!! Or, here's an idea, humanize how you interface with the humans turning to you for compassion."
"Harassed by the building maintenance guy Andrew when I arrived and reported the incident to Culver City police"
"Told me to call back today for a specific therapist who would begin accepting new clients, just to find out she is not accepting new patients. Searching for a therapist is so hard, this was the first lead I had in a while. When I asked for more referrals at the center, the receptionist hung up on me. I'm honestly devastated, I just want care. **To response: I left a message two weeks ago, I know I called this facility so that is not accurate. I was referred here by my University who used my insurance and who had gotten in contact with AHC prior to my call who said a specific therapist had availability and met my needs. The referral team here got back to me and said that in two weeks, the first week of May, that therapist would start accepting new clients with my insurance. I called back today, left a message. The referral team got back to me later on and said she was no longer available. I said it was not right to tell me she would be available when that is not true. I asked for more referrals in the center, but she just told me to take care and call my insurance. THATS HOW I FOUND YOU! All of this happened and I have left multiple messages since. ** An "Oops, sorry!" will not undo the mental anguish you put me through. I've been searching for seven months and you wasted my time and gave me hope that maybe someone will finally help me. A member of your staff explicitly told me that Robyn would be accepting new patients beginning in May, that was a lie that wasted weeks of my search. Just another lie and betrayal in my life. You are playing with people's lives and it is not okay."
"I am giving a one because I have left 3 messages and have not received a call back. If they do not have availability a return call to say that would be nice."
