"I ordered a beautiful pastel flower for Mother’s Day and I felt disappointed. It’s not the same picture that I see in their website. The flower that I ordered were drooping and bend over and mostly green leaves. Where’s the pastel color there? If they are run out of flowers, they should let me know and kind enough to ask me if I still need to pursue the order. But they didn’t. She asked for a picture. I can’t provide them a picture coz I was destructed and my mom did not use cellphone. They want proof if you are not satisfied. Better provide it when it happens to you. They should learn to communicate to their customers and be honest as possible as they can."
