"I send flowers in the area fairly often and I hadn’t tried this shop before so thought I would spread the business around. I received an email to call the shop the day after the flowers were supposed to be delivered. When I called, I was informed that the flowers wouldn’t be delivered until the following day, so 2 days late. This was due to a ‘supply issue’, but given the opportunity I would’ve chosen something else to have them delivered on time. I requested a refund and they did everything to talk me out of it, so I finally agreed to the late delivery .They did offer 10% off, but they also promised to call the person that was supposed to receive the flowers and let them know that they were responsible for the lateness of the gift and that they would arrive the next day . They even offered to sing happy birthday to her. No call. When they did arrive, they were left on the sidewalk outside of the house, because there was a gate. In my note, I had asked them to call the person receiving them because of the gate so that she would open it. That didn’t happen. The bouquet was nothing like the photo, which I wouldn’t mind if it was even close to as nice, but really… not even close. I was surprised when the recipient sent me a photo of what she had received. If anything, it should’ve been better than the photo on the website for all of the trouble. Just an overall bad experience. I won’t order again and I don’t recommend doing business here when there are other very nice shops in the area with better service."
