In a nutshell: easy to work with, great communication, friendly, and exactly what I wanted. She let me know exactly what types of flowers she was going to use in my bouquets early on and she went out of her way to meet me on a day she wasn't open just so I could have the freshest flowers for my big day. I got exactly the type of bouquet I was looking for and she even picked some starfish ornaments and pearls to attach to the bouquet. Since then when ever i need a bouquet of flowers sent, even last minute she will always slip me into her busy schedule. She is amazing!
