"Very friendly lady, been going there for about a little over a year now but I had a bad experience this time. Won’t be going there again. I recently ordered 3 dozen roses for my girlfriend for Valentines Day to get delivered to her job. When they arrived it only had 23 roses. I called the owner of the shop and told her I paid for 3 dozen roses which cost me me $265 and my girlfriend only had 23 in the vase. I had the email of proof of receipt I told her. She said she was sorry and would call me back. Hours past and she never did called. My girlfriend took it upon herself to go over there as soon as she was off work and told her that I had called. They acted like they never received a call from me and said they couldn’t do anything about it smh. They should’ve at least refund me half the money of what I paid for. Totally bad customer service and a waste of what should have been a beautiful day."

"It was so hard to find a good flower shop around during the virus when I came across Rosies and Posies. My goodness, am I glad I did! I was trying to find the perfect bouquet for my mother’s birthday and Rosies and Posies helped me so much. It wasn’t only affordable but let me tell you, Malak was so understanding and nice. She arranged the best sesame bloom bouquet I’ve ever seen. I’m very glad with this shop and I sure will be back to shop more here."

I ordered an arrangement for both Valentine’s Day and a birthday. Both arrangements were amazing. Malak does a very thorough and detailed job, that’s the reason I’m a returning customer. Here's a picture of their latest creation: a birthday "cake" made of flowers, with candles, and calorie free too !! The birthday girl really loved it, and says its "super cute" !!!!!"

"Very, very pleased with the funeral arrangements for my mother's service. The cross arrangement was absolutely Beautiful and it lasted for an entire 12 days! The customer service was so kind & understanding during this difficult time. They delivered in a timely manner to the cemetery. They also did ten boutonnieres for the pall bearers and family. I have also received flower arrangements from here and they were the utmost freshness and quality. Very impressive! I will use them for my daughter's wedding :)"
