Edible Arrangements

"Terrible experience on Valentine's Day. Went to pick up my online order, and they had me waiting almost 20 minutes. When finally it was my turn, they said "sorry we run out of flowers". How can they let this happen when someone order ahead or time. Very disappointing how they run business there."

"My husband placed an order for fresh flowers along with edible bouquet. Apparently the fresh flowers were not available due to high demand. He had to called the store to ask why his order was not complete and why he was never called to be made aware flowers were not coming, he said he could had purchased flowers elsewhere if he would have known. The girl was so rude and instead of being helpful or apologetic she was arguing with him. He gave me the phone and I told the girl she sounded rude and instead of speaking to him like that she should show a little compassion or understand where he's coming from. The girl just hung up on me. I called back to speak with a manager, girl that answered said why do you want the managers name, I said I need to speak with them about the issue I had. I was put on hold girl came back and said my manager was not speaking with you. I told her I never said I was speaking with her, I said I need to speak to her what's her name? She said, I can't give you her name. She wouldn't give me her name and did not connect me to her either. I said its a business and i should be able to get her name, She hung up on me again."
