"It’s my first time getting an arrangement from edible arrangements, I ordered my mom a bouquet of flowers and an edible arrangement for Mother’s Day(I live in a different state and wanted to give her some extra appreciation)All together it was around $150, I placed my order 2 weeks before Mother’s Day , if that makes a difference, but it was just never delivered. They didn’t call to update or update the website(which I also looked at before calling because there is a tracking Option) the website also said your order can be delivered as late as 9pm so I waited to call until the next morning, when I called I waited on hold for 45 minutes for him to tell me they had let a couple different orders “slip through the cracks” as he put it, I just can’t believe they wouldn’t call or email I know it’s Mother’s Day don’t get me wrong, but it’s just poor customer service. I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend this store."

Here's my exact order from the email confirmation: - Blooming Hearts - Petite - Plush Bear: Edi Bear - 6-count Dipped Fruit Box: Chocolate Dipped Strawberries - Foil Balloon: Valentine's Day Not ONE item was what I actually ordered delivered besides the bear and balloon.
