"Nice flowers and sweet venue in town. However, I would recommend you personally view any arrangement you order from them. I ended up picking up an order for a friend instead of having it delivered, and the arrangement I received looked very little like the photo and details we discussed. I don’t think they had an aesthetic understanding of balance, contrast, & color scheme. Then when I expressed some gentle disappointment, what I got was defensiveness. “We didn’t have the flowers so we substituted.” If you didn’t have any of the flowers, why didn’t you say that when I put the order in? You do realize when you make too many substitutions, what you get is a very different bouquet? They did help me add some flowers to make it more as expected (which they did have in stock), but the attitude that came with it was sour and testy. I feel lucky that I came in personally to get the flowers and to see for myself. I am sure many others order arrangements for delivery and don’t realize the recipient didn’t get what they ordered or expected."

"Needed Flowers for my Father s service last minute, Didn't really know what I wanted, he's a cowboy.... we talked briefly and what they came up with was just spectacular.. they were exactly everything they needed to be, I knew I liked their taste , which is why I picked them when the time came... I highly recommend Bunches for all your flower occasions and I personally will never go anywhere else for flowers for my special/important events."

"Called from out of state to order flowers for a friend in Los Gatos. Request was for a cheery bouquet with sunflowers and more less expensive flowers than fewer expensive flowers (i.e., abundant rather than showy). Including delivery, I paid $100, of which $12.50 was for delivery since the location was in Los Gatos. Attached is a photo of the arrangement ($87.50 for flowers plus labor). The recipient loved the arrangement and said the photo didn't do it justice. I noticed a petal missing from the large sunflower, but the design and color selection are absolutely beautiful. I gave a four-star rating because the arrangement seems a bit small for an $87.50 price tag, but you can see what to expect and decide if it's for you."

"For my 2013 Wedding: The owner isn't super pleasant (or responsive to email) but Sara my floral designer was awesome. She was able to figure out what I wanted, made smart suggestions and substitutions, and did a beautiful job. The duck is pretty cool too and pricing isn't bad."
