"Needed floral arrangements for my BFF, and loving mother. Was quoted a package price, but it soon changed when the boss was there. In addition, I paid for an additional arrangement and was given a cheaper vase and charged for it but never got it. Who ever heard of a business not accepting cards? Outside of that they have great arrangements you just have to specify and check your order before leaving ."

My husband and I were in need of flowers before meeting a close family friend and the woman who helped us did a wonderful job and arranged the bouquet in a lovely vase with a ribbon. "We ran into this shop accidentally on our way to buy flowers the day before Valentine’s Day. We said, “why not try these flowers out and see how they are?” So we bought 2 dozen roses for my mom (since I had already bought my wife some from online using Bouqs), and the flowers from Tom are wayyyyyyy better than the ones from online, Costco, TJs, Whole Foods, etc. We’ve bought from them all. I attached a picture of the roses about a week after I bought them from Tom’s and they still look beautiful (and this is without my mom changing the water ever)"
