"Please do not use this business. I found them online to order some flowers for a friend who lives in Campbell California. I ordered them on Sunday today is Wednesday and they still have not delivered the flowers. I’ve called every day and they told me they couldn’t find the place then they told me they delivered them now they’re telling me they can’t give me a refund until they hear from the driver horrible customer service and they lie do not use this place. It’s a horrible business they took my money never relieved flowers and never got a refund"

"Ordered flowers on a Tuesday to be delivered to my wife the following Saturday for our anniversary as I’m currently deployed away from home. Paid extra to have it delivered before 1:00 on Saturday. I receive a call at 1:15 on Saturday to tell me that not only did they not have the supply to meet the order but also they didn’t have any delivery drivers and that they could send “something else” on Monday! Terrible customer service as after I asked for a refund they kept pushing me to keep the order and let them deliver something on monday! There are plenty of online florists to use…don’t use this one!"
