"They didn't deliver my wives flowers of Valentines day, their phone number just rings until it hangs up, and all other forms of communication have gone unanswered. If I could give them 0/5 I would. EDIT: They finally delivered the flowers a day later. They also delivered some chocolates (which were not ordered) as a way to say thanks. However my wife has a severe allergy to beans / peanuts so luckily she was cautious."
