"DO NOT order flowers from here. They dont honor your selected delivery date. It’s not ok if you have a lot of orders and don’t notify customers that you can’t commit to your delivery date. Especially since you are charging customers $30 for local delivery within Fremont. We spent over $150 on one bouquet but it did not arrive within the 8 hour delivery window we provided. We called over 10 times during and after business hours and no one picked up. We ended up having to order other flowers from another place which were half the price and about the same quality and size."

"**Edit 3: I had to come on here for 2023 and lower my rating. Tried to get some flowers sent several days before May 14 Mother's day- and the website is incurring an ADDITIONAL $15 for ANYTHING being delivered between May 8- 17. Absolutely not. It brought my delivery and tax amount to about $50. Won't be ordering from them until it's fixed, went with another local flower shop where I paid $20 for delivery and taxes- less than HALF the price. **Edit 2: I used the website to order this time around and the website was much easier to use this time around. Website has definitely been updated since I used it in 2018. **Edit: They're the only flower shop I use, the quality speaks for itself! I've been buying flowers from them every mothers day now! I'm so happy! The website itself isn't that great so I had to order through phone and the florist was so nice and professional! I ordered flowers for Latin Mother's day which is May 10. I put my order in the day before and ordered the cottage garden to be delivered the next day. They arrived around 10AM and my mom was so happy! She sent me the attached picture. Thankfully the deliverer was able to find our apartment in the community. Definitely will order from them again! :)"

"Two reasons why I'm giving a low rating for this shop are the quality of the flowers and the rude customer service I received. I bought a hydrangea and rose bouquet for Valentine's day. I was a bit disappointed at first by the bouquet and the amount of flowers in it. It was less full than the online picture suggested. But what I was really disappointed by was the flowers didn't last two days. By the second day, the hydrangea and roses were completely wilted. (My wife cut the stems and placed the flowers in water as soon as I got home the first day.) I've never gotten flowers that died within two days. I called the shop in order to see if I can get a partial refund. But when I called and explained the issue, the person who received my call was very defensive and rude. Some of the things she said were to the effect of, "Flowers have a short shelf life, that's to be expected..." When I said, "$45 bouquet is not cheap, I expected better quality than Safeway flowers." She said, "Then you should go there next time. You bought one of our cheapest bouquet..." She then put me on hold to talk to someone and when she returned, she said, "You should submerge the hydrangea in water upside down, that should bring them back to life. And our refund policy is only 24hrs. You are outside the window of refund." I was frustrated and asked, "Did you speak with your manager?" And she said that she needs to get to other customers and hung up on me abruptly. When I called back and asked for her name, she then accused me of yelling at her (which I never did but remained calm) and hung up on me again after saying, "My manager Murphy will get back." I'm quite shocked at the level of disrespect I received when I simply complained about the quality of their product. Had she simply apologized for the low quality flowers I received and explained respectfully the refund policy, I would've accepted it. I understand that sometimes you get a bad product and that doesn't mean that all their flowers are bad quality. It happens. But they have no excuse for their rude customer service. At this point, I don't care about the refund but I'm very upset at how I was treated. I usually don't write reviews, but I hope that by writing this review the manager will take note and recognize that they shouldn't talk to their customers like that. Needless to say, I will never go back to this shop."

"Not a good experience, they gave me bs after I asked for a refund bcs I had bet noticed how dead the flowers in the bouquet were, I asked to trade for fresher flowers they denied it after I was told that I would be able to over the phone, so I drive there and not only was the lady rude and demanding the “owner of the flower shop “ took over and just suggested I purchased additional flowers so I did because it was a last minute gift and was running late. Once I paid the lady tossed my flowers on the counter, with no eye contact and turn away so yeah after being a regular customer, and I buy from them on family members birthdays, graduations, Mother’s Day ect. Will not be returning, and I hope you pick the right flowers if you do ! Also THEY DONT DO RETURNS !!! This was a 45$ buque and I came here for quality left with garbage!"

"Feb 2, 2023 update Same great customer service as always. Today I just bought eucalyptus leaves and leather ferns for a newborn photoshoot. The leather ferns were absolutely perfect for our needs!! Total cost for both bundles was around $25 Whenever they take me to their refrigerated section in the back it feels like VIP. I'm sure they do that for everyone, but there is something that feels personal about being able to see their behind the scenes inventory. Everything about this place is always pleasant and a great experience overall. - Previous review This place is so well-rounded as a business. I needed a bouquet last minute for an engagement photoshoot in Burney Falls. I arrived 1 hour before closing. The staff were incredible. The environment had this "family" feeling like being welcomed into someone's home and feeling like you're part of it. Scott helped me create a huuge bouquet of white carnations, baby's breath, and a few sunflowers. We added some greenery to make it pop and it came out so beautiful and bountiful which is exactly what the couple wanted. Sadly, I forgot one of my phones there and was going away for the weekend trip. But they held it until today and Scott even charged it for me. That's thoughtful and over the top service. This place is everything you want in a flower shop. They also have some really cute novelty gifts so it's a one stop shop for all things flowers and gifts."
